Description:
5x L-Realtime PCR Master MIX is a ready-to-use premix of all components for “Real-time” amplification or standard PCR of target DNA. The cocktail contains stabilizers and enhancers, which improve thermo-stabilization of enzyme during PCR amplification and storage.

The Mix is optimized for PCR with complex, low-copy number DNA templates, multiplex PCR, and improving specificity of PCR. 5x L-Realtime PCR Master MIX will be delivered in a customized concentration of MgCl₂ and Hot-Start Enzyme content.
The mix is designed and prepared for lyophilisation in tubes, strips, plates.

Stability:
5X L-Mix PCR Master MIX is stable for 24 months at - 20°C, or for 6 months at +4°C storage without freezing in lyophilized form.

Content: (1X) as an example:
- e.g. 2.5 Units m-SuperHot Taq DNA Polymerase (customized concentration)
- 0.2mM each of dNTP’s
- e.g. 3 mM MgCL2   (customized concentration)
- Reaction Buffer: 16,6mM (NH₄)₂SO₄; 67,0mM Tris-HCL (pH 8.8 at 25°C)
- Stabilizer/enhancer

Note:
- The 5X L-Mix PCR Master contains 0.15-0.20 µl Glycerol per 10µl.
- Minimum amount for customized order: 50 ml of 5X Master Mix
- If you’ll see precipitation of the components of 5X LyoMIX-XX25 during unfreezing , before filling up the tubes for lyophilisation, place the stock glass/tube into the water-bath at 37oC for 10 minutes for dissolving of precipitant.

The final concentration of MgCl2 and Hot-Start Enzyme and in 5x stock-solution is variable according to the customers order.

Shipping: with “blue-ice” or at ambient temperature

Protocol:
- For lyophilisation dispense 10µl of 5X L-Mix PCR Master MIX (for 50µl final reaction volume) and lyophilize components by using commercially available lyophilisation device.
- Just add your wanted primers before the lyophilisation process
- If the final reaction volume differs from 50µl, reduce the quantity of the 5X L-Mix PCR Master MIX for lyophilization proportionally (5 µl for 25 µl; 4 µl for 20 µl final reaction volume)
